Heal with Me

Healing is a profound birthright, a testament to our body's innate wisdom and its signals when harmony is disrupted.

To heal means to reclaim the innate wisdom of our bodies. It’s a journey back to our essence, where we honor the profound intelligence within every cell. Healing is not just the alleviation of symptoms but a holistic reconnection with our true selves, allowing us to thrive in alignment with nature’s rhythms and take the driver’s seat of our lives.

Through the practices I offer, which all involve the body, my role is to create a safe container for you to tap into this inner medicine, restoring balance and harmony to your physical, emotional, and spiritual being. Embracing this path also means reclaiming your sovereignty, standing in your power, and making choices that honor your true essence. When you embrace this path, you unlock the potential to live life in its fullest expression, led by the heart.

Align Energetics

Align Energetics is transformational and powerful three-hour session designed to take you deep into the root of whatever is holding you back from your fullest expression. Using the soul technologies of Breathwork, specific Bodywork and Energy work,  this experience aims to unlock and release the barriers within you. Through breathwork, we open pathways to the subconscious mind, allowing suppressed emotions, traumas and patterns to rise to the surface for healing. The bodywork techniques facilitate somatic release, while the energy work clears interference, guiding your body, mind, and emotions back to homeostasis. This session is the closest experience to a plant medicine journey that I have ever witnessed, offering profound insights and lasting transformation.

Sacred Medicines of Hapé, Sananga & Kambo

Serving as a guardian for the sacred medicines of Hapé, Sananga, and Kambo is a profound honor that I hold with great reverence. These powerful gifts from Pachamama—the nurturing earth—offer deep healing and spiritual awakening. My approach to sharing these medicines is rooted in deep respect and meticulous care, from sourcing them ethically to ensuring they are administered with the utmost sensitivity to your personal journey.

  • Kambo, also known as frog medicine, is a traditional healing practice originating from various indigenous tribes of the Amazon rainforest. It involves the application of the secretion from the Phyllomedusa bicolor, or the giant leaf frog, to small burns made on the skin. The secretion contains a potent mix of peptides that are believed to have various therapeutic effects.

Traditionally used to cleanse the body, boost immunity, and increase endurance, Kambo is said to detoxify the liver and intestines. It is also used for spiritual and emotional healing, aiming to clear negative energy and mental fog, thereby promoting a sense of clarity and heightened awareness. The experience can be intense and challenging, often accompanied by immediate and short-term side effects such as nausea, swelling, and increased heart rate, which are considered part of the cleansing process.

Kambo is respected among its users for its 'warrior's cleanse,' as it is thought to strengthen the mind and body, increase stamina, and ward off bad luck and illness. In Western alternative medicine, it is increasingly sought after for its purported benefits against chronic pain and various health conditions, always under the guidance of experienced practitioners who honor the sacred tradition and ethical considerations of this powerful Amazonian medicine.

While you can experience significant benefits from a single session, it is recommended to undergo a cycle of three sessions within one moon cycle to achieve deeper healing effects.

  • Hapé is a sacred shamanic snuff made from finely ground plants, herbs, and often ashes. It is administered through the nostrils using a special blowpipe called a 'Tepi' (for another person) or 'Kuripe' (for self-application). This medicine is traditionally used by various indigenous tribes of the Amazon to cleanse the body energetically, clear the mind, and sharpen the senses. Hapé is believed to re-align and open up the chakras, release emotional, physical, and spiritual illnesses, and invoke a profound sense of grounding and clarity. It is also used to repel negative energy and achieve a deeper connection with the self and the universe.

  • Sananga is made from the roots and bark of the Tabernaemontana undulata shrub. These eye drops have potent effects, primarily used to cleanse and heal the eyes on both physical and spiritual levels. Sananga is known for its ability to increase visual perception and enhance colors; it is also used to treat a variety of ocular problems like myopia, depth and color perception, and to detoxify the body. Spiritually, Sananga is used to open the inner vision, or third eye, and to treat spiritual diseases (panema) believed to be caused by negative energies.

  • When Hapé and Sananga are used together, they offer a powerful synergy for healing and spiritual awakening.

This combination is often used to deepen one’s spiritual journey, enhance meditation or prayer, and prepare for other ceremonial practices with plant medicine. The use of Hapé can ground and center the mind, making the intense effects of Sananga more manageable, while Sananga can deepen the meditative and introspective aspects of Hapé, creating a more profound experience. Together, they cleanse both the physical body and the spirit, aligning the user with the earth’s energy and promoting a profound sense of well-being and insight.

These medicines are served with respect to their sacred origins, ensuring they are used in a manner that honors their traditional uses and benefits.

SERPENT MEDICINE

The first time I embraced Temple Snakes, I encountered a whirlwind of fear and bliss—emotions I never imagined could coexist. The moment Bo Jack, the first serpent, draped around my neck, my vision was clear: I was destined to follow this path. Since then, I've regularly traveled to California to connect with these sacred beings. Six years into this journey, while living in Brazil, I welcomed my first snake, LUBA, a boa constrictor, into my life. Together, we began to focus our work primarily with women.

To me, snakes symbolize unapologetic, true power, teaching us to unearth this force within ourselves.

These extraordinary beings possess an innate ability to sense the energy fields surrounding us, intuitively moving toward areas of vulnerability. For instance, Chicca, another boa, once coiled around a person's eyes for an hour—a person I later discovered was suffering from severe eye inflammation due to chronic Lyme disease. Similarly, Melo, my stunning ball python, repeatedly nudged another individual’s neck until she released a sound that had been trapped in her throat for decades. Stories like these are countless, each one reaffirming the profound healing power of serpents.

The secret to working with Serpents lies in approaching them with no preconceived agenda.

It's about surrendering to the deepest parts of our being, allowing every hidden emotion, subtle body movement, and unexpressed sound to surface and be acknowledged. These wise beings are indifferent to our fears; instead, they respond to the presence and authenticity we bring into the space.

I now work with five magical beings: Javi, Chicca, Melo, Ghost, and Lumi. Each one brings a unique energy and insight, helping to guide participants through their personal journeys of self-discovery and healing. Their intuitive nature allows them to connect deeply with our energy, guiding us to confront and embrace our vulnerabilities. By doing so, we not only encounter our true selves but also initiate a profound healing process that echoes through every layer of our existence.

As we learn to coexist with these serpents, we find that their presence helps peel away the facades we wear, encouraging a raw and transformative self-exploration that is both liberating and enlightening.

Couple’s Alchemy

The Path of
Sacred Intimacy

On our 10th anniversary, Thibault and I faced a turning point.

As we sat across from each other at dinner, our conversation revealed a truth hard to swallow: we had become more like roommates than lovers. Our connection had dwindled, leaving our relationship feeling shallow and unfulfilled. Determined not to settle for the status quo, we committed to reigniting the spark that once brought us together.

Through years of diving deep into sacred intimacy, weathering both highs and lows, we transformed not only our relationship but ourselves. Now, as practitioners initiated by our mentors, Justin Patrick and Londin Winters, we are passionate about sharing these transformative tools through Couple's Alchemy.

For those who fear their relationship is beyond repair, I offer this assurance: I once believed the same. Today, my eyes well with tears of gratitude during our practices, thankful that we chose not to give up on our love.

Join us, and discover the profound connection that awaits when two hearts commit to finding each other anew. In Couple's Alchemy, we don't claim to have all the answers. Instead, Thibault and I offer what we have learned from the deepest, most authentic parts of our experiences. We sit with couples, sharing the tools and insights that have transformed our own relationship. This isn't about providing a one-size-fits-all solution, but about guiding others to discover the unique path that can reconnect them with their partner in profound and meaningful ways. Our approach is grounded in openness and genuine connection, inviting you to explore the possibilities of renewed love and intimacy.
